Daniel Tucker and Jim Haskins both practiced in the financial services industry for a number of years before forming Tucker-Haskins & Associates in late 2002. Because of their prior experience working for a global financial services firm, they felt they could provide the level of service to their clients that they desired. In addition, because the firm for which they worked contrived its own financial products, they were concerned about potential conflicts of interest.

Daniel and Jim left that firm for true independence in the spring of 2005, and joined with Commonwealth Financial Network^®.
